Techniker (m/w/d) Windtunnel AIRBUS

• Perform electrical instrumentation, wiring, sensor integration, strain gage application, soldering, and installation of wind tunnel models and electromechanical components
• Support the development of model and calibration assembly concepts, contribute to model fabrication (including in-house 3D printing), and prepare wind tunnel tests
• Maintain, repair, and calibrate wind tunnel models, measurement technology, and data acquisition systems
• Provide hands-on technical support to measurement, electronics, and wind tunnel engineers during laboratory activities and wind tunnel tests, including occasional travel to external test facilities
• Manage tools and inventory, support quality assurance of outsourced components through on-site buy-offs, and contribute to the execution of wind tunnel tests

• Completed vocational training as Electrical and Electronics Technician or Precision Mechanics with a background in Electronics
• Professional experience in the application of measurement technology typically used in the wind tunnel test environment and manual assembly, soldering and handling delicate mechanical/electrical components
• Very good knowledge of using MS-Office
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel
