Stellenbeschreibung
- Managing the end-to-end procurement activity for a portfolio of strategic service providers for transport and logistics services, including customs, across the Airbus Group
- Supporting and contributing to the deployment of the Airbus Procurement Market Segment Sourcing Strategy for transport & logistics, including associated policies
- Perform market intelligence evaluation in line with the Market Segment Sourcing Strategy; support and manage call-for-tenders (CFTs), including contract drafting and commercial negotiations, to achieve best-in-class purchasing solutions in line with internal customer needs, Company requirements and in compliance with Procurement processes and policies
- Supporting the Multi-functional / Multi-divisional Teams (MFT/MDT) through the CFT and contract lifecycle phases, especially with respect to service provider performance monitoring and continuous improvements up to claim management, including the lead for commercial settlement
- Establishing, expanding and intensifying long-term relationships with 3PL/4PL transport service providers and logistics service providers to ensure Airbus remains the preferred customer
- Managing the Companys internal stakeholders during all phases of the engagement wit the service providers, specifically in case of service evolution and during periods of crisis requiring especially strong support from and close collaboration with the providers
- Supporting specific projects to advance on Airbus strategic roadmaps in the field of sustainability, supply chain resilience, competitiveness, digitalisation and innovation

Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, supply chain / logistics, economics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of:
- Purchasing
- Supplier management
- Logistics
- Contract management
- Project management
- Knowledge of using Google Workspace
- Fluent in English
- German and French is an advantage
