Business Process Manager (m/f/d) for Airbus

• Supporting ongoing Satair Projects and Initiatives affecting the Satair Management Systems and Surveillance activities, e.g. the current Material Management Industrialisation Platform (MMIP) 
• Actively managing the development and deployment of business processes and requirements that affect the organization 
• Supporting activities related to the Satair Company Management System Documentation 
• Contribute to internal reporting, including the development and maintenance of performance dashboards to provide clear visibility into results and compliance status 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies, tools, and processes 
• Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of the Company Management System across all global sites, ensuring consistent application and adherence 
• Process Documentation and Collaboration 
• Contribute to the development and formal documentation of business processes within key company repositories, such as the AIRBUS Business Management System (BMS) and the SATAIR Company Management System (CMS) 
• Support relevant Project initiatives for ASOQP, primarily the Material Management Industrialisation Platform MMIP

• Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Technical or a comparable qualification
• More than two years of professional experience in process improvement, quality management and supply chain / logistics
• Experience as an internal auditor in the QM area ISO 9000 is desirable
• First knowledge of SAP and Python
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of change management, project management and process management
• Fluent in English
• German is a plus
