Stellenbeschreibung
- Supporting ongoing Satair Projects and Initiatives affecting the Satair Management Systems and Surveillance activities, e.g. the current Material Management Industrialisation Platform (MMIP)
- Actively managing the development and deployment of business processes and requirements that affect the organization
- Supporting activities related to the Satair Company Management System Documentation
- Contribute to internal reporting, including the development and maintenance of performance dashboards to provide clear visibility into results and compliance status
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies, tools, and processes
- Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of the Company Management System across all global sites, ensuring consistent application and adherence
- Process Documentation and Collaboration
- Contribute to the development and formal documentation of business processes within key company repositories, such as the AIRBUS Business Management System (BMS) and the SATAIR Company Management System (CMS)
- Support relevant Project initiatives for ASOQP, primarily the Material Management Industrialisation Platform MMIP

Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Technical or a comparable qualification
- More than two years of professional experience in process improvement, quality management and supply chain / logistics
- Experience as an internal auditor in the QM area ISO 9000 is desirable
- First knowledge of SAP and Python
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of change management, project management and process management
- Fluent in English
- German is a plus
