Program Configuration Manager (f/m/d) for Airbus

• Consolidate decision elements for the change gates respecting transfunctional and transnational needs 
• Act as Product Change Leader and Configuration Management Operational Manager as well as Configuration Management Industrial Integrator within the ICC-ACP (Aircraft Change Process) 
• Ensure embodiment of changes 
• Understand the aspects that determine industrial feasibility and planning, especially Final Assembly Line requirement considerations 
• Independently organize and lead meetings 
• Ensure that Engineering MOD (Modification) closure is running according to the Program schedule 
• Decide on the modification scheduling cluster at Decision Board, monitor and update the cluster according to actuals until MOD closure 
• Understand the Airbus attestation process in their tools from Configuration Management point of view   
• Perform gap analysis (Delta1)

• More than 2 years professional experience in Aircraft construction and confuguration management
• More than 1 year professional experience in:
  •  project management
  • customer service
  • interface management
  • production
• Good Knowledge in change-, project- and risk management
• Knowledge in ICC is an advantage
• Fluent in English and German
• French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel
