Aircraft Interior Designer (m/f/d) for Airbus

• Planning and managing the design process from concept to completion, from the initial briefing through design development, CMF innovation (Colors, Materials and Finishes) and specification to the tendering phase for all worldwide customers within the Airbus industrial process 
• Definition, monitoring and reinforcement of project milestones 
• Management and follow-up of customer - specific design projects in a multicultural team with daily contact with customers (airlines) worldwide 
• Monitoring and identifying key and emerging trends relevant for Airbus and customer brands 
• Creating and updating trend presentations and product mood boards 
• Building and contributing to comprehensive material knowledge both within Airbus and among material suppliers, in order to guide customers whenever possible towards known, approved and qualified solutions (efficient industrialization) 
• Development and promotion of colors, materials and finishes (CMF), including lighting solutions for the diverse Airbus product portfolio to strengthen brand identity in line with the department strategy 
• Providing concepts, guidance and support for ongoing aircraft mock - up activities 
• Understanding brand purposes, with the ability to traslate costumer brand (airlines) into cabin interior design contept, with CMF design, lighting design, industrial design, grafic design

• Completed studies in the field of design, architecture, interior design, graphic design, textile design or a comparable qualification
• More than 3 years of professional experience in interior design
• More than 1 year of professional experience in customer service and project management
• Experience in CMF design and brand design
• storytelling for design concepts is a plus
• Knowledge of using illustrator, Photoshop and other crative tools (e.g. Adobe CC, Blender)
• Fluent in English
• German / French is a plus
• Willingness to travel
