Performance Manager (m/f/d) FAL Quality A320 - Performance Management for Airbus

• Support the setup of the Performance, Resources and Budget Management for the Quality Department and participate in planning and strategy discussions in order to organize the activities of the department in the next few years 
• Organize and lead regular review meetings (e.g. Department Performance; PDCA-review, Plan-Do-Check-Adapt) 
• Prepare and review targets for Quality FAL Hamburg in Hoshin Kanri and KPI Tree approach
• Manage the monthly performance cascade 
• Create business cases for internal projects

• Over 3 years of professional experience in controlling, process improvement and project management
•  Good knowledge in MS-Excel, MS-Power Point and Google-Sheets
• Good knowledge in lean and project management
• Baisc knowledge in KAIZEN
• Fluent in English and German
