Stellenbeschreibung
- Advisory & Alignment: Provide support and advice to Finance and other regional internal control teams, ensuring local practices align with Group standards, expectations, and risk priorities
- Assessments & Remediation: Conduct internal control assessments and risk analyses to identify gaps and recommend effective remediation plans
- Documentation & Training: Support the documentation of applicable Internal Financial Controls and promote a culture of compliance through awareness and training sessions
- Advisory & Best Practices: Act as an Internal Controls advisor to various functions and foster the sharing of best practices across the organization
- Monitoring & Compliance: Constantly monitor and review Internal Controls compliance levels, ensuring that applicable requirements are included in supplier contracts and technical specifications
- ERM Implementation & Adoption: Supervise the implementation and execution of the ERM process, including reviews and assessments to ensure the effectiveness and adoption of ERM tools and practices
- Risk Oversight & Mitigation: Participate in risk reviews, challenge findings, and ensure effective follow-up on mitigation and improvement actions
- Risk Analysis: Support the analysis and assessment of risks and opportunities

Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of industrial engineer, business administration, international management, economics or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling and finance
- At least 1 year of professional experience in change management and supply chain / logistics
- Good Knowledge in Google Workspace
- Good understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO)
- Knowledge in risk management
- Knowledge in Skywise-Tool nice to have
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in German
