Supply Officer (m/f/d) Aircraft On Ground for Airbus

• Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation
• Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
• Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
• Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
• Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
• Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
• Part of the on-call service

• Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, engeneering, technology, Supply Chain / Logistics or a comparable qualification
• Compleeted bachelor in the field of freight forwarding agent, logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
• More than 2 years of professional experience in scheduling/material procurement, customer service and supply chain/logistics
• Very good knowledge of SAP
• Proficient in using Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Spanish, French, and German is an advantage
