For our customer in Tussenhausen, we are looking for a "Materials and Process Engineer(m/w/d)" at the earliest possible date.

Stellenbeschreibung

Select, qualify, and release aerospace materials, including CFRP/GFRP, adhesives, core materials, and metals.
Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes, focusing on wet layup, bonding, and surface treatment.
Create and maintain material and process specifications as well as work instructions.
Manage material and process deviations, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
Support part and process qualification for EASA Part 21 type certification, coordinate destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT), and collaborate closely with Design, Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement.

Completed studies in the field of Aerospace, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering

Completed technical training
Work experience in the field of Composite Materials and Manufacturing Processes
Fluent in German and English
