Stellenbeschreibung
- Coordinate and manage Configuration Management activities, ensuring delivery of CM processes such as change management and product structure updates
- Ensure configuration control for the A320 Family Programme by collaborating with transnational stakeholders and leading effective Configuration Control Boards
- Lead CM-related projects with accountability for schedule, cost, and quality, ensuring timely Change Request decisions aligned with programme objectives and CM constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while providing CM expertise and ensuring compliance with CM processes, procedures, and standards
- Develop and monitor KPIs, support business and strategic objectives, and represent the Configuration Management function in digitalization, transformation, and long-term development projects

Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Technics, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or Flight Engineering
- Professional experience in the field of Configuration Management, Change Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Quality Management and CMPM processes
- Good knowledge in using ICC and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English & proficient in German
- Willingness to travel
